Maktab Sains Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan is a College which aims to promote:
- full educational development
- the personal well being of each student
- the development of its members of staff
through a sense of caring, in a trusting, safe, motivating and dedicated environment
By means of the friendly interaction among staff, parents and the authorities, students are encouraged to become socially responsible and conscientious while developing attitudes and skills which enable the attainment of educational goals, being dedicated to serving their country and fellowmen, and to the enjoyment of life through the Malay Muslim Monarchy (M.I.B.) concept.
